Barcode Studios price list • daily rental

Located in the historic Helms Bakery Building in Culver City, California, Barcode Studios are two gorgeous photo studios that can be used independently, or together to create a 4000 sq. ft. space with 2 stages, 2 gas kitchens and 2 bathrooms. With a host of restaurants nearby, prop houses, rental houses, and 20 minutes from the LAX airport and 13 minutes to Marina Del Rey, this is a prime studio location for your shoot . Five interior parking spots at 8711 Washington Blvd. are available, an additional outdoor lot at 3180 Helms Avenue and metered street parking. .

The Alley stage has a 36 inch gas stove with convection electric oven, fridge freezer, hair & make-up room, wireless internet, AC & heat, an 11’ wide rolling door, 18’ wide x 33’ deep (painted 21’ deep) cove. There is also a loft for lounging or lunching.

The Hall stage has a large open shooting area with a new kitchen with island, gas stove, microwave, fridge freezer, client area with 58inch plasma television and wireless internet.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation:

Fee for 25-48 hours notice / 50% of booked day rate

Fee for 24 hours of less / 100% of booked day rate

Bookings:

A credit card deposit of 50% of the estimated booking days is required to book and hold the studio.

Cleaning:

The studio needs to be returned to the condition in which it was found. Trash needs to be removed and dishes and flatware and glasses need to be cleaned and put away. If the hair and make-up area is used, be sure to vacuum the area as well as clean off the make-up table.

Insurance:

An insurance rider must be provided prior to the shoot date, naming Barcode, Toby Pederson Inc., and Walter N. Marks Inc. as additional insured for One Million U.S. Dollars.

Payment: Prior to vacating the studio, payment for the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card holding the deposit.
