8735 is located at the end of what is call the Washington corridor which is off of Washington Blvd. You'll have to be buzzed in if you enter from the side walk.  However if you are parking in the garage at 8711 Washington then you will simply enter into the Hall threw any of the 3 doors on the west side of the garage.
